Mommy Dionesia Pacquiao expressed disappointment with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) after the bank accounts of her son were garnished in relation to his P2.2 billion tax case. On Tuesday, Pacquiao confirmed that his bank accounts have been frozen, which, he claimed, forced him to borrow money for the financial aid he promised typhoon survivors in the Visayas.
